Given the challenge of a very small lot and tight budget, this house integrates daylight and outdoor space to expand its size. Built in the redeveloping are of East Austin,
it was important for the house to respect the scale and character of the neighborhood.
This project was built while partnered with John Beckham as Dempsey Beckham Design Build. Featured on the cover of Dwell Magazine , March, 2007
